Effective November 2, 2026. This notice describes how Strategic Digital Infrastructure Fund LLC (“SDIF”, “we”) handles information in connection with this website.

This notice applies to this website and to inquiries sent to us through it. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from this site.

Information you provide. If you submit the inquiry form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide: inquiry category, name, organization, work email address, role or title (optional), subject and message, and your acknowledgement of this notice.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser type and request time, in server and security logs. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
We ask you not to send sensitive information — such as identification documents, account numbers, financial statements or private keys — through the form or by ordinary email.
3. How we use it
We use inquiry information only to review and respond to your inquiry, to route it within the Office of the Founding Partners, to maintain business records, to protect the website against abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising.
4. Service providers
Form submissions are transmitted to a form-processing service that delivers them to our business mailbox. Our email is provided by a third-party email provider, and the website is served by a hosting and content-delivery provider. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver those services.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and as required by applicable law or for legitimate business record-keeping.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS with security headers that restrict how the site can be framed and which resources it may load. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; this is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive documents through the website.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you have sent us, subject to our legal obligations, by writing to public.sdif@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will respond to verifiable requests as that law requires.
9. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
