04Operational controls

Routine, recorded, reviewable.

Our infrastructure strategy incorporates appropriate custody safeguards, continuity planning, and reconciliation procedures, subject to applicable operational arrangements and internal controls.

05Compliance

Regulatory posture.

SDIF seeks to comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering and tax requirements, and engages outside counsel on regulatory questions. Because SDIF deploys only proprietary capital and offers no products or services to investors, it does not solicit or accept outside capital.
